Material Handling Review (FTE Support to Black & Veatch)

We conducted a comprehensive review of material handling strategies for modules M01 and M08, focusing on safe and efficient equipment access and removal. Our scope included:

• Reviewing and commenting on Material Handling Reports.
• Verifying equipment handling routes, pad eye arrangements, and clearances.
• Assessing mechanical handling methods such as trolley beams, chain blocks, and lifting points for compliance with project requirements.
• Identifying access and walkway constraints affecting operability and maintenance.
• Ensuring alignment of handling philosophy with constructability and operational needs.
• Providing recommendations to optimize lifting, transport, and equipment withdrawal strategies.
• Confirming consistency with standard offshore module handling practices.

This work ensured safe, practical, and maintainable handling solutions aligned with project and industry standards.
